Alexandra Bryan (A.B.A.T.D) (BAhons) (QTS)
Alex started her dance training with the Susan Bryan Academy of Dance (as it was formerly known) at the age of 3, working through exams to gain her Associate teaching in 1996. As well as being a qualified dance and music teacher, she is a trained singer, pianist and clarinetist, stage manager and theatre technician.
Having been away at University to study Music with dance and media, then a diploma in Stage and Production Management, she came back in 2000 and started helping out with choreography for shows and teaching lessons.
Throughout her education Alex has gained valuable experience is all aspects of performing, from musical theatre to more classical forms and has performed, choreographed and provided technical assistance in many shows, from being principle cast at the London Palladium to performing in shows in New York, Germany and the Czech Republic.
Alex is also a fully qualified secondary school teacher, and teaches music to 11-16 year olds.
As Sue retired in 2003 Alex has taken on the teaching full time to tutor students through the numerous exams, shows and competions that the school has undertaken.
